Exceptional, excellent location, very helpful and attentive staff, excellent responsiveness to supplementing individual wishes and additional requests (from room cleaners to service staff - special praise also for their supervisors for excellent communication and implementation of supplementary wishes and requests), varied and excellent food, rooms clean and always tidy, green areas and pools perfectly maintained and clean, great offer of various external services from contractors (excursion to the desert with four wheelers, camel riding, tour of the Bedouin village and their market with the Desert Fox team (Adam, Hamada and other team members ), diving and visiting the coral reef with the Scubadive team (Aleks, Hassan, Dada, Asal and other members)....

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Marsa Alam. The location is beautiful, the food was great, and the staff were exceptional, especially Mohamed Saeed at reception. He made us feel welcome from the start and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We initially booked two rooms, but Mohamed offered us a family suite. After a day, we preferred separate rooms, and the switch was made easily, along with a thoughtful gesture of sweets and fruit. Highly recommend for family/friends getaways! 💯

The hotel is 10 minutes drive from the airport. The resort was relatively large with several swimming pools and entertainment area. There were many activities organized by the staff throughout the day. If you'd like to do some snorkeling, there is a private beach with fish swimming around close by. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was exceptional, we were lucky to see the catering for the New Year's Eve, which was quite a scene.

The resort is beautiful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating. The food and beverage team went above and beyond to cater gluten-free and lactose. I didn’t get ill from my food allergies, it is something I worry about on holiday but it was completely safe for me and I felt very relaxed about it. The house reef is gorgeous! My boyfriend and I enjoyed freediving.

Incredible value for money. Very big property with lush green lawns and many comfortable sun beds and a heated pool. The animation team was the best, making sure to entertain everyone. The daily dance shows in the evenig were also nice. Big plus is that you can use the neigbouring hotel premises as they all belong to the Jaz group. All areas were super clean.
